Data Deletion

Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and click Disconnect next to the account. We immediately delete that channel's access tokens and its stored Page and account identifiers. Scheduliz can no longer publish to or read from that account until you reconnect it. To delete the channel record completely (including its name and profile picture), go to Channels, open the ⋯ menu on the account, and choose Remove.

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account, enter your password, and type DELETE to confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data: connected channels and their access tokens, posts, media, schedules, analytics, and settings. Backup copies are purged within 90 days. • If you own a team, the team's shared posts and channels are deleted too. • Posts already published on social platforms are not removed from those platforms. • Signed up with a social login? Use Forgot password on the login page to set a password first, or email us (see section 4).

You can also remove Scheduliz's access directly from your Meta accounts: • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select Scheduliz → Remove. • Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites (Website permissions) → Active → Scheduliz → Remove. • Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → Scheduliz → Remove. Revoking access stops Scheduliz from posting immediately. To also delete the data we have already stored, use section 1 or 2, or contact us.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm the request, delete all your data within 30 days, and email you once it's done. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.
