Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Scheduliz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paying subscribers, and team members.

Scheduliz is a cloud-based social media management platform that allows users to: • Create, schedule, and publish posts to multiple social media platforms. • Generate content using AI-powered tools. • Analyze social media performance and engagement. • Collaborate with team members on content creation and approval. • Connect and manage social media accounts via official platform APIs. • Access a public REST API for programmatic integrations.

To use Scheduliz, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Scheduliz offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) with different feature tiers. By subscribing: • You authorize Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period. • You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of a charge for refund requests. • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree NOT to use Scheduliz to: • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights. • Publish spam, misleading content, or malicious links. • Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or security measures. • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the platform. • Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties. • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights. • Engage in activities that harm other users or the integrity of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, and publish through Scheduliz. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to: • Store, process, and display your content within the platform. • Transmit your content to connected social media platforms for publishing. • Process your content through AI services for content generation features. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.

Scheduliz provides AI-powered content generation tools. Regarding AI-generated content: • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. • AI outputs may not always be accurate, original, or appropriate. Use your judgment. • AI-generated content is processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI). Their terms also apply. • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from factual errors or bias.

Scheduliz connects to third-party social media platforms through their official APIs. By connecting your accounts: • You authorize Scheduliz to act on your behalf on those platforms (posting, reading analytics, etc.). • You agree to comply with each platform's own Terms of Service. • We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect functionality. • You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Channels page.

Scheduliz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Lost revenue, data, or profits arising from use of the Service. • Interruptions, bugs, or downtime (though we target 99.9% uptime). • Actions taken by connected social media platforms (e.g., account suspensions). • Content published through the platform — you are solely responsible for your content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy. • Your subscription payment fails after multiple attempts. • You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scheduliz operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
